A regulator,
made clear.
A service-campaign animation for the Communications Regulatory Authority of Qatar — translating the scope of CRA's work into examples citizens recognise in their daily lives.

The brief
CRA regulates a dense subject — domains, spectrum, consumer protection, data. Citizens engage with the outputs (working mobile service, fair billing, safe internet) without seeing the regulator behind them.
The campaign animation had to raise awareness of CRA's role by translating jargon into everyday moments — a grandmother on a video call, a small business getting a domain, a teenager disputing a phone bill.
How we worked
01 — Everyday, not bureaucratic
Every example grounded in a Qatar-specific scene.
02 — No jargon
Banned regulator-speak in the script phase.
03 — Character continuity
Same cast across all five examples — helps recall.
04 — Broadcast-ready
Delivered for Qatar TV, social feeds, and the CRA site's hero.
