The brief
QIIC wanted takaful (Islamic insurance) to feel as approachable as any consumer finance category — car insurance, health insurance, property. The category's dignity shouldn't make it unfriendly.
We ran a year-round social and paid programme: festive moments (Eid, National Day, Ramadan), product launches, renewal reminders, FAQ-driven educational content. Creative templated for speed without feeling templated.
